Fairly clean hotel, functional rooms, absolutely perfect location. Caring, welcoming staff towards all guests. Units with big balcony. They provided FRIENDLY service. Late check-out. Good experience there.

The place was clean and we loved king room. Beautiful and marvellous location, it was in front of a bus station. We loved the breakfast. Everything was simply nice...

We had a great two-night stay in a lovely room with a spacious balcony, and the location was ideal, just a short distance from the Karst Gallery.

For a hotel in this price range, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The rooms had all the facilities needed, including a small kitchen with cups and glasses provided. The big balcony offered a great view of the Alps, and the location was perfect - not far from the center of the village and close to the cable car that takes you directly to the slopes. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options.

Located close to the ski lift and not far from the village center, this hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding slopes. the rooms are cozy and well equipped with modern facilities. the staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making sure all needs are met. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of items to choose from.

The extra charges for using the kitchen and internet seem unreasonable and unfairly expensive.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and had a amazing view of the valley. It was equipped with a fully functional kitchen and a TV with access to all channels. the hotel had two toilets which were very convenient. The staff was helpful and caring. They called me a few days before my check-in to enquire if I needed any assistance and allowed me to check in earlier when the rooms were available. The hotel receptionist provided us with useful guidance about places to visit in the city, including the location of the nearest Coop. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness in the hotel, which showed that they maintained their facilities to a high standard.

The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to the cable car for easy access to the slopes. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing useful guidance and even allowing me to check in early. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a small kitchen and a big balcony that offered magnificent views of the valley. The basic amenities were all there, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Nothing not to like.

We went skiing over Christmas and had a great time. the apartment was spacious and it had a fully equipped kitchen that we didn't use much. the location was fantastic, being just a few minutes' walk to the ski lifts and close to a supermarket for supplies. We also liked the fact that the staff called us a few days before to ask if we needed any help.

the apartment furnishings were old, the pillows were thin, and the decorations were tacky.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the ski lifts. The spacious and well-equipped room was perfect for a romantic escape. The hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and complimentary use of the kitchen. To our surprise, we had to pay an extra fee to use the kitchen, and there were no cups or glasses available.
